All orders are processed in pounds sterling. If you are placing an order online from anywhere other than the United Kingdom then the amount you are charged will be according to the current currency conversion rates and charges applied by your credit or debit card company.

Most orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours (Mon - Fri) - Excluding UK Holidays and we make every effort to dispatch all orders placed before 1.00 pm (GMT, UK) on the same business day, subject to product availability. The customer will be notified of an amended delivery date (up to 28 days after purchase) should the item be unavailable from stock or offered the option to back order or cancel. You will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch. Your order should then be delivered within approximately 3-4 working days once processed and dispatched. All orders are sent by third party carriers and in most cases must be signed for. In the event of no-one being available to sign for the order; the carrier will leave instructions on how to proceed. No deliveries are made during public holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. Supportecs shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delayed or cancelled deliveries whether caused directly by the actions of Supportecs, a third party or force majeure.
“Carrier” means any third party responsible for transporting purchased Goods from our Premises to customers.
If Goods are being ordered from outside the UK, the recipient of these Goods is responsible for all import and Customs duties and taxes incurred at their destination. Supportecs is not responsible for these charges and are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs. We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. Please be aware that Goods may be opened and inspected on arrival at the destination country by local customs authorities and Supportecs cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
As the purchaser (importer) of the Goods from our site you are required to comply with the all laws and applicable regulations of the country into which the Goods are being imported, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits. Orders placed all day Saturday and up to 2pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being received. A signature will normally be required on receipt. Next Day Delivery is not available to all postcodes. Quoted delivery times are estimates for guidance only and subject to availability. We are not liable to pay compensation for deliveries not arriving when expected unless a surcharge has been made for a guaranteed delivery date or time. In this instance the surcharge will be credited in full. All deliveries are by third party carriers and they will provide instruction if you are unable to take delivery of the products. The Purchaser shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Supportecs if any goods are delivered that do no match your order (quantity and product code) or are defective. Supportecs will not have any liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Any damage or missing items should be detailed on the carrier's paperwork, when signing for a delivery. If the Purchaser fails to do so the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If any goods remain undelivered after 30 days of you placing your order then we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. Upon satisfactory notification (within the timeframe specified) our only obligation will be to offer a refund or to replace any damaged goods whatever we choose.
We do not provide stock indications on the Web Site and do not guarantee that items will be available. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing (email or letter), within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. A telephone call will not be accepted as a valid cancellation. No right of cancellation exists once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason. If you fail to return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site. Returns ProcedureUse a new sheet of paper or the back of your original dispatch slip to write your order number and reason for return and enclose it with the item to be returned. If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects. Also state whether you would like a refund or exchange.
We will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.
For exchanges, please state the size and product code of the item you require to enable us to deal with your request. Exchanges will be processed and dispatched as soon as practicable. You will be notified if an item is out of stock.

You should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us. We are unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state or where the original packaging has been damaged or destroyed.
You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product unless it is returned because of a defect or our error. Please contact us prior to return with details of the defect and for us to advise carriage. A defect will only be determined upon return of your item and at the discretion of Supportecs. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems there is no product defect we reserve the right not to issue a refund. The cost of carriage will not be refunded if a defective item is returned to us without prior notification. Supportecs cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier or send to us by recorded delivery so you have a record of return. We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. Compensation in this instance will be from the Carrier that shipped the return.
Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled and are in original, undamaged packaging. Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and this is removed can only be returned if they are defective.
No right of cancellation exists for personalised goods or goods where there may be hygiene issues, unless defective. These include but are not limited to: Athletic supporters (jock straps), opened mouth guards, moulded insoles and sterile products. If in doubt then please contact us before opening or using.
Items purchased at a special discount or sale price can only be exchanged for other sizes. If a different product is required then the additional cost of the other item will be charged. All media and discount codes are not applied to items in a sale. Promotional, media and discount codes are only available through the website. Mouth Guards are none returnable once opened. Please make sure you have the correct item before opening the packaging.
Aerosols are classed as dangerous and some Carriers will prohibit their transport by air. We will not be responsible for refunding your postage or for any delay if a prohibitive item is not delivered to you and returned to us by the Carrier. We will contact you in this instance to discuss options.
